How our pricing works
Your monthly rate is calculated from your property's actual lot size, turf area, and the services included in your plan. We bill at a flat hourly rate of $102/hr with a minimum charge per visit. Mowing visits are priced per visit and averaged across 12 months so your payment stays consistent year-round — no spikes in the busy season. Add-on services (gutters, windows, pressure washing) are priced per occurrence and spread into the monthly average.
The four factors that move your estimate the most are: total lot size (larger lots take longer to mow and trim), mowable turf area (we estimate the portion of your lot that is actual grass, subtracting the house footprint, driveway, beds, and hardscape — typically 45–65% of the total lot), number of stories (two-story homes have more gutter linear footage and slower cleaning rates, which raises the Complete plan cost), and selected services (each add-on — gutter cleaning, window washing, pressure washing — is calculated individually based on your property's dimensions and added to the base mowing cost). Driveway and window count are estimated from lot size if not entered manually, so providing those details in the calculator will give you the most accurate number.
